Jenn has always been passionate about working in paediatrics, especially with children with exceptional needs. Her undergraduate career was filled with volunteering and working with children with Down syndrome, as well as others with a wide variety of diagnoses. Jenn felt as though she found her community, her people, and ultimately her passion to shout the worth of all individuals. Jenn went on her to pursue her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with the ultimate goal of specializing in neuro-developmental paediatrics.

My name is Fatima Harji, and I have been working as an Occupational Therapist with TheraBounce since June 2025. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to support both children and adults with diverse abilities through their therapeutic trampoline sessions.

Outside of TheraBounce, I work with individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents. I also have experience across various pediatric settings, including respite care for children with ASD and cerebral palsy. These roles have strengthened my understanding of how movement can enhance development, confidence, and overall participation. I completed my Master of Occupational Therapy at Western University, graduating in 2021.

I truly enjoy being part of TheraBounce because it allows me to use movement-based, sensory-rich interventions in a fun and motivating way. Trampoline sessions provide a natural opportunity to work on core OT goals such as motor planning, balance, coordination, and self-regulation, all while supporting confidence and meaningful participation. Watching children build new skills through play is one of the most rewarding parts of working at TheraBounce!

My name is Saisa and I’ve been working at TheraBounce as a Registered Occupational Therapist since 2025. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to support children and adults with a variety of abilities during their therapeutic trampoline sessions.

Outside of TheraBounce, I work as a Registered Occupational Therapist in stroke and neurological recovery, and have years of experience with children with disabilities, which has given me a strong understanding of how movement can support development, confidence, and participation.

My name is Nora Karamanlian, and I’ve been working at TheraBounce as an Occupational Therapist since January 2026! Here, I support children and youth with a variety of abilities through therapeutic trampoline sessions that blend fun and function.

Outside of TheraBounce, I work with children and teens in growing their independence and confidence in their everyday activities. I believe in the importance of achieving meaningful goals through connection and play.

My name is Jessica, and I’ve been with TheraBounce since August 2023. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to support children and adults with a variety of abilities during their therapeutic trampoline sessions. I’ve also supported TheraBounce’s summer camp as a lead inclusion counsellor for the past 2 summers.

Outside of TheraBounce, I have experience working in acute care hospital settings and private hospice, as well as experience volunteering in private practice supporting children and youth with mental health challenges, grief and loss, and experience working in child care organizations. Since graduating from my Therapeutic Recreation degree and obtaining experience in different settings and with different populations, I have been very passionate about bringing a level of fun, play-based strategies into learning and therapy.

I love being part of the TheraBounce team because of the inclusive and positive environment. I love learning alongside the clients I work with as we work towards new skills together every session.
